Drive to La Palme
La Palme is just 4 km from the Autoroute A9. From the Channel Ports such as Calais, Cherbourg or Caen you can drive to La Palme in about 12 hours. If you get an early morning ferry or Eurotunnel crossing you can be in La Palme before bedtime.
Take the Train
The local station is Port La Nouvelle which is about 7 km from the house. It’s on the main line between Barcelona and Montpellier. You can take an high speed TGV (Train à Grande Vitesse) to Narbonne or Perpignan and transfer to a TER local train if you want to get off at Port La Nouvelle. Car Hire can be arranged at Perpignan or Narbonne if you want a car while you’re here
