La Palme boasts it’s own large sandy beach which is never crowded. During the summer you can drive right on to the beach. It is even possible to drive to the next town across the beach.
At Port La Nouvelle and La Franqui there are beautiful beaches with Lifeguards on duty. They are very suitable for young children. Part of the beach adjoining La Palme beach is designated as a naturist beach.
The beaches around La Palme are fabulous for Wind Surfing and Kite Surfing. There are many schools where you can learn to master these dynamic sports. You can also hire and buy wind surfing and kite surfing equipment.
